Terms and Conditions – GetCID (WhatsApp Channel)

1. Service Description
GetCID is a call-automation and request-generation service (“GetCID service”) operated by BYTEX E.I.R.L. (RUC 20613258141, Lima – Peru). The WhatsApp channel is an additional means to access the service. Service provision is governed by GetCID’s General Terms and Conditions published at getcid.xyz, which are incorporated by reference into this document.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
To use the WhatsApp channel for transactional purposes, the user must:
The WhatsApp number is linked to the user’s account at getcid.xyz. The prices and usage shown in the web account are the same as those that apply when using the WhatsApp channel.
- Have an active account registered at getcid.xyz.
- Have sufficient balance or credit.
- Accept these terms and GetCID’s General Terms.
3. Payments, Currency, and Refunds
Current rates and usage history can be consulted at any time at getcid.xyz.
- Payments are made in USD (U.S. dollars).
- The service is automated and payments are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for failures caused by third parties (e.g., outages of hosting, external providers, Meta/WhatsApp, carriers, or unrelated platforms).
- When a failure is attributable to GetCID, BYTEX E.I.R.L. will correct it and restore the service as soon as possible.
4. Acceptable Use
The user agrees to use the WhatsApp channel in compliance with applicable Peruvian law and any relevant international regulations. The following is prohibited:
Non-compliance may lead to suspension or termination of channel access without prior notice, without prejudice to any applicable legal actions.
- Using the service to commit unlawful acts, compromise systems, send spam, harass, or infringe third-party rights.
- Attempting to bypass technical controls, performing reverse engineering, or gaining unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, website, trademarks, logos, designs, and other GetCID content are the property of BYTEX E.I.R.L. and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited. This clause complements the intellectual-property section of GetCID’s General Terms.
6. Privacy and Data Processing
Data processing through the WhatsApp channel is governed by the “Privacy Policy – WhatsApp Channel” published at getcid.xyz. Key reminder: the user initiates the conversation; GetCID does not send advertising via WhatsApp. The user may deactivate their number from their account at getcid.xyz.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
GetCID is provided “as is” and “as available.” BYTEX E.I.R.L. does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYTEX E.I.R.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, loss of profits, or damage to equipment or information arising from the use or inability to use the channel. This clause complements and does not replace the limitations set forth in GetCID’s General Terms.
8. Dependencies and Third Parties (Meta/WhatsApp and Others)
The WhatsApp channel depends on Meta Platforms’ WhatsApp Cloud API and other technology providers (hosting, telecommunications, etc.). Interruptions, changes, or restrictions imposed by third parties may affect channel availability without creating liability for BYTEX E.I.R.L.
9. Support and Response Times
Support is provided during business hours and we will always strive to respond as quickly as possible. For support, use the official channels published at getcid.xyz. The WhatsApp channel may be used for “GetCID” service requests, but account management takes place at getcid.xyz.
10. Termination and Suspension
The service operates on a continuous basis; however, any planned termination of the WhatsApp channel will be notified with reasonable advance notice to the email registered in the getcid.xyz account. BYTEX E.I.R.L. may suspend or restrict access to the channel due to:
- Violation of these terms or the law.
- Security risks, fraud, or abuse.
- Technical maintenance or third-party requirements (e.g., changes by Meta/WhatsApp).
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. For users in Peru, a Consumer Complaints Book (“Libro de Reclamaciones”) is available in accordance with consumer-protection regulations; information and access are provided at getcid.xyz. For users outside Peru, any inquiry or claim must be submitted through the official channels published at getcid.xyz. Without prejudice to the foregoing, any dispute will be heard by the competent Peruvian courts.
12. Amendments
BYTEX E.I.R.L. may amend these WhatsApp channel terms at any time. The current version will be published at getcid.xyz. Continued use of the channel after changes are published implies acceptance of the updated version.
